Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines and schedules across Strategy, Transformation, and Special Projects heads and members to develop and implement BPI strategies
  • Assist in the execution of implementation plans for specific topics as per management request
  • Conduct industry research as guided: for evaluating situational and regulatory context – determining the banking landscape such as competitor movements, change in regulations, to support senior management decisions
  • Support initiatives relating to Ayala Corp. and group companies to realize synergies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in business related coordination role
  • Background in financial services industry ideally
  • Experience in project coordination, research and data
  • Knowledgeable in project management tools is not necessary, but considered a plus e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, co-pilot
  • Familiarity with organizational stakeholder mapping and management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, driven, and takes accountability
