Your Role
The Customer Service and Business Administrator (CS/BA) role ensures exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and inbound/outbound calls
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
Job Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or business administration, with some leadership exposure
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, Zoom)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
