Job Qualifications – Debt Collection Admin Assistant
At least 1–2 years experience in administrative support, debt collection, customer service, or virtual assistance
Experience handling emails, phone calls, follow-ups, and client communication
Background in debt collection, accounts receivable, property management, or finance is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Organized and capable of handling confidential information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Ability to update reports, maintain records, and monitor payment status accurately
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Reliable internet connection and fully functional laptop/PC for work-from-home setup
Willing to work on an Australian account schedule
Must be proactive, professional, and goal-oriented
Experience using collection software, dialers, or property management systems is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines or collection targets
Responsibilities
Assist debt collectors with administrative and back-office tasks
Send payment reminders, follow-up emails, and notices
Update client records, payment logs, and collection reports
Prepare documents and maintain organized filing systems
Coordinate with clients regarding payment arrangements
Monitor overdue accounts and escalate concerns when needed
Support the team in achieving collection and operational targets
