Admin Property Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the property management team.
Maintain and organize property files, lease agreements, and tenant records.
Assist in preparing and processing lease documents, renewals, terminations, and rent adjustments.
Support the onboarding of new tenants, including documentation and orientation.
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and track job progress.
Follow up with contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain an up-to-date database of tenants, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
Assist with property inspections and document findings.
Prepare reports such as occupancy status, rent collections, maintenance logs, and budget tracking.
Ensure timely communication with tenants regarding notices, announcements, or complaints.
Process invoices and expense claims related to property operations.
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local property laws and regulations.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in property management or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
