Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation of order confirmations, sales order documents, and other internal paperwork needed to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Track accounts receivable to help the company maximize cash flow and reduce bad debt risks.
  • Promptly follow up with customers about invoice payments and status updates.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments concerning sales transactions and procedures
  • Prepare and compile reports on sales department performance, including sales charts and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer mailing list for distributing marketing and promotional materials.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or other related courses
  • With at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or other administrative roles
  • Knowledgeable in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Experience in administrative and clerical procedures and systems
