Manage the creation of order confirmations, sales order documents, and other internal paperwork needed to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Track accounts receivable to help the company maximize cash flow and reduce bad debt risks.
Promptly follow up with customers about invoice payments and status updates.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments concerning sales transactions and procedures
Prepare and compile reports on sales department performance, including sales charts and meeting minutes.
Maintain an up-to-date customer mailing list for distributing marketing and promotional materials.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or other related courses
With at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or other administrative roles
Knowledgeable in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QuickBooks is an advantage
Experience in administrative and clerical procedures and systems
