The Cargo Sales Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting Turkish Cargo’s daily sales activities, rate management, and booking operations. The role ensures timely and accurate handling of customer enquiries, reservations, and partner airline coordination to deliver efficient cargo movement and maintain service quality.

• Monitor shipment records and ensure alignment between rate quotations, bookings, and system data.
• Handle daily booking requests, ad-hoc rates, and follow up on booking status.
• Respond to cargo enquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on pending or unresolved cargo issues.
• Track shipments and manage delays or rebooking with space controllers; communicate updates to agents with proper documentation.
