Work-life balance is okay, but beware crunch times
Pros: Work-life balance can be decent, especially when projects aren't in crunch mode. The Singapore office definitely tries to offer some hybrid work options, which helps. As a Software Engineer, I found the core hours pretty reasonable most days.
Cons: However, when cybersecurity projects hit a deadline, it's tough. You'll put in longer hours, and it really eats into your personal time. Sometimes it feels like project managers don't quite grasp the load.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project timelines and resource allocation to prevent last-minute crunch periods. It would help a lot with employee burnout and overall morale.
