Pros: As a Property Manager, there's a hybrid work setup, which is a good perk. You often get 2-3 WFH days a week if your team's fine with it. It's decent for a big corporate in the real estate industry.
Cons: It's not truly flexible; you often have to be in the Singapore office for client meetings. Last-minute onsite requests for property visits can mess up your WFH plans. Management isn't always consistent with WFH approvals across different teams.
Advice to Management: Standardize WFH policies across the board. Give teams more autonomy and trust for remote work. Being in the property industry doesn't mean we can't be more flexible.

Pros: Some direct managers are really supportive and have tons of experience in property development. They actually trust you with projects. It's good for growth if you're a self-starter in real estate roles.
Cons: The overall vision from top leadership in this large corporate sometimes felt blurry. It's tough to align your onsite work when the strategy isn't super clear. There's a bit of a gap between the executives and the project teams.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate strategic goals more directly and clearly to the teams. Empower project leaders more; they're the ones on the ground making things happen.

Advice to Management: Leadership needs to create more transparent career paths and actively mentor employees for promotions. Recognize good work to prevent stagnation.
