Decent Flexibility, But Depends on Your Team
Pros: I've had pretty good flexibility as a Security Engineer. Working from home a couple days a week is generally fine, especially for those in the Boston office. They're decent about personal appointments if you communicate clearly.
Cons: It's definitely a hybrid work model, not fully remote. Some teams, especially those dealing with critical firewall management, have less wiggle room for WFH days. Late-night urgent cybersecurity tasks can sometimes throw off your schedule.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize hybrid policies more consistently across all teams. It would help everyone know what to expect regarding work arrangements.

Hybrid Model is Decent, but Could Improve
Pros: The hybrid work policy is a solid perk. As a Senior Software Engineer, I get to work from home a few days, which is nice. It helps with personal appointments and avoiding the Boston commute.
Cons: The mandated 3 days in the Boston office can be tough. It's not fully flexible, and sometimes it feels unnecessary for my cybersecurity role. More remote options would be better.
Advice to Management: Reconsider the fixed hybrid schedule. Give teams more autonomy to decide what works for them. True work-life balance includes more flexibility, especially for technical roles.
