Pros: The base salary for a Data Analyst like me was pretty solid, especially working remote from Austin, TX. Health insurance plans are actually decent, which is a big plus. They also have a pretty good 401k match, which helps with long-term planning.
Cons: Annual raises are usually tiny; it's tough to get a significant bump without moving roles. Stock options aren't transparent at all for a mid-sized tech company. Dental and vision benefits felt pretty capped, which was a bummer.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about equity and how raises are determined. It would help a lot with employee retention and morale.
