Pros: It's a solid mid-sized tech company. As a Software Engineer, I've found my immediate team in the Austin, TX office to be super supportive and collaborative. The hybrid work model is also a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Company culture overall isn't consistent across departments. There's often a lack of transparent communication from upper management, which can be frustrating for technical roles. Some teams feel pretty siloed, making cross-functional work tough.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to focus on improving company-wide communication and breaking down those departmental silos. Invest in better tools and processes for cross-functional collaboration. Also, defining clear values for the overall BeyondEdge culture would help a lot.

Pros: The base salary for a Data Analyst like me was pretty solid, especially working remote from Austin, TX. Health insurance plans are actually decent, which is a big plus. They also have a pretty good 401k match, which helps with long-term planning.
Cons: Annual raises are usually tiny; it's tough to get a significant bump without moving roles. Stock options aren't transparent at all for a mid-sized tech company. Dental and vision benefits felt pretty capped, which was a bummer.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about equity and how raises are determined. It would help a lot with employee retention and morale.
