Pros: The team in the Singapore office is generally pretty supportive. We do get some holidays off, which is nice. It's a stable, mid-sized corporate environment for payroll processing.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing here. As a Payroll Specialist, I'm expected to be onsite five days a week. There's almost no remote work option, which can be tough when you need to handle personal stuff. The HR operations side of things needs more modern policies.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously consider implementing a hybrid work model or offering some remote work days. It would really help with employee retention and overall morale, especially for those in core payroll processing roles.
