Good for sales, but job security varies
Pros: As a Recruitment Consultant, I liked the uncapped commission structure. If you hit your targets, the money can be pretty good. They offer hybrid work, which is nice for a London office.
Cons: Job security here really depends on your billing numbers. It's tough if the market slows down, especially in financial services recruitment. There's not much of a safety net if you have a slow quarter.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer pathways for support during market downturns. A little more job stability would help retention.
