Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work model they've got going. As a Quality Assurance Tester, I can usually work from home a few days a week, which is a big plus. It's nice to have some control over my schedule.
Cons: The flexibility isn't consistent across all IT consulting projects. Some client engagements really push for more onsite days, even when it's not strictly necessary. It can be tough to plan around sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid model more across all projects. It would really help with employee morale and retention if the work from home options felt more reliable.

Pros: The team in the Sydney office is genuinely great to work with. There's a solid focus on quality assurance, which is good if you're passionate about that industry. The hybrid work model offers some flexibility too.
Cons: Career growth for Software Engineer roles feels stagnant. Promotions are really rare, even if you perform well on projects. It's tough to see a clear path forward here for technical roles.
Advice to Management: Please invest more in clear career development plans for your technical staff. Provide mentorship and opportunities for internal promotions to keep employees engaged.
