Moloco: Fast-paced but has some good folks
Pros: I've learned so much about programmatic advertising here. The team for Ad Operations is really supportive, which helps a lot during busy times. Plus, the hybrid work setup is decent when you can make it work.
Cons: Work-life balance is tough, especially as an Ad Operations Specialist. Expect longer hours, particularly around campaign launches or quarter ends. It's a tech startup, so the pace is pretty relentless.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workload distribution within the ad ops team. Burnout is a real concern, especially with tight deadlines in mobile advertising.
