Leadership's okay, but communication could improve

Solid Benefits, Pay Could Be Better
Pros: The health insurance is surprisingly good here. I also appreciated the flexible PTO for a hybrid work setup. That made managing personal stuff a lot easier.
Cons: Pay for a Software Engineer in Austin, TX feels a bit low. Raises don't keep up with inflation, sadly. Don't expect huge bonuses for your work on client projects.
Advice to Management: Seriously re-evaluate the compensation structure. You're losing good people because the salaries aren't competitive, especially for experienced tech talent. Boost those base salaries and create a more transparent bonus plan.
