Pros: The base salary for a Software Engineer here is pretty competitive, especially for a startup. We get decent health insurance, which is a must in the San Francisco Bay Area. You won't feel totally ripped off on your paycheck.
Cons: The bonus structure isn't very clear, and raises are tough to come by. Stock options for early employees were fine, but new hires don't get much. For a tech company, the 401k match is pretty weak.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving the 401k matching and making the bonus system more transparent for all software development roles. It would really help with retention.

Pros: My immediate team was awesome; we really clicked. We got to work on some decent digital marketing campaigns. The hybrid work schedule for us in the Austin, TX office was a big plus. It definitely helped with my work-life balance.
Cons: The company culture felt pretty cliquey at times. It was tough to break into certain circles. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I saw limited career growth without strong internal connections. Leadership communication wasn't always clear.
Advice to Management: Work on making the company culture more inclusive. Try to foster better communication from leadership across all levels. Break down those silos between teams.
