Pros: As a Delivery Driver for Evri, there's generally enough work. The logistics industry is always in demand, so I've felt pretty secure in my role with the company. You usually get good routes in the Manchester area.

Cons: Work flexibility is pretty much non-existent for onsite roles. Swapping shifts is really hard to arrange, even with notice. It's tough if you have family commitments or need an unexpected day off.
