Pros: Some immediate project leads for technical consultant roles are pretty solid. They're good at helping us navigate complex digital transformation projects. The hybrid model also offers decent work flexibility.
Cons: Higher-up leadership within Launch by NTT DATA feels a bit detached. It's tough to get clear direction from senior management, especially for those of us in the Dallas, TX office. Decisions can feel very corporate and slow.
Advice to Management: Senior leadership needs to be more visible and communicative. Empower project managers more and streamline decision-making. Getting feedback from people on the ground doing the IT consulting work would go a long way.

Pros: I gained solid experience on large-scale digital transformation projects. As an Associate Consultant, it helped my resume a lot. The teams in the Dallas office were supportive. They do offer some WFH flexibility, which is nice.
Cons: The company culture feels very corporate and rigid. There's often too much red tape for simple things. It's tough to really make your mark or innovate. Sometimes the hybrid work schedule felt inconsistent across projects.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a less hierarchical environment. Empower junior staff more. Be more consistent with hybrid work policies across all client engagements. It would really improve overall morale.
