Pros: As a Marketing Specialist at Coty, a beauty company in NYC, I appreciate the supportive team and collaborative culture. The hybrid model offers great work-life balance and flexibility. Good learning opportunities working with top brands and clear career growth potential.
Cons: Internal processes can be a bit slow, common for a large global company. Peak periods, like product launches, occasionally mean longer hours. Communication could improve across some departments.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal approval workflows to enhance agility and ensure consistent, clear communication across all global teams, especially during fast-paced product development cycles.

Pros: As a Junior Brand Manager, the hybrid model is decent. I get two WFH days a week, which really helps with personal appointments. It's good for saving on commute time to the NYC office, especially in this corporate beauty environment.
Cons: However, the in-office days are strict; sometimes there's no real reason to be there. For brand management roles, more remote work could totally be an option. There isn't much flexibility when team meetings run late.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the mandatory in-office days. More autonomy for teams on hybrid schedules would boost morale and actual productivity. Not every meeting needs to be in-person.

Pros: It's a huge name in the beauty industry, so that's good for your resume. I liked the hybrid work model; it gave me some flexibility in the New York City office. The teams I worked with were generally pretty supportive.
Cons: Career growth is really slow as an Associate Brand Manager. There aren't many clear paths up, especially in this corporate environment. I felt like opportunities for promotion were rare, even with solid performance.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer progression paths for junior roles. It'd help with retention if people could see a future here.
