Solid Place for Cloud Tech Careers
Pros: I've learned so much about the cloud marketplace and different SaaS solutions. The training for Cloud Solutions Engineer roles is decent. There's a good energy, especially when new products launch.
Cons: The rapid growth sometimes makes the company culture feel a bit unstable. It's hard to keep up with changes. Also, work-life balance can get tough if you're supporting a lot of MSPs across different time zones.
Advice to Management: Try to slow down just a bit to consolidate processes. Support your mid-level managers more, they're feeling the strain. Help us maintain better work-life balance as we grow the IT channel.

Decent Pay & Benefits, But Room for Improvement
Pros: As a Channel Account Manager, the base salary was pretty competitive for a cloud distribution company. The health benefits are solid, and the hybrid work option from the Denver office is a definite plus.
Cons: Hitting commission targets can be tough, especially early on in the IT channel. The 401k match isn't great compared to some bigger tech companies, and there's not much wiggle room with PTO in your first year.
Advice to Management: Look at making commission targets more realistic for Channel Account Managers and review PTO policies for newer employees.

Solid Sales Pay, Benefits Need Attention
Pros: The base pay for a Channel Sales Manager is pretty competitive for the Denver market. If you hit your numbers in cloud distribution, the commission structure can be decent. It's nice that they offer a hybrid work setup too.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great; health insurance premiums are really high. PTO accrual feels pretty slow, especially for a tech company of this size. Don't expect huge bonuses outside of commissions.
Advice to Management: Seriously re-evaluate the benefits package, particularly health insurance costs and PTO policies. Better benefits would help with retention.
