Pros: The team here is pretty supportive, especially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We really do help each other out with difficult placements in the recruitment industry. Being a remote role, it's nice to have that virtual camaraderie.
Cons: Company culture sometimes feels a bit cliquey. There's not much transparency from leadership, which makes WFH tough at this mid-sized company. It's hard to feel fully connected to the overall vision.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open with us about company decisions. More regular all-hands meetings and clear communication would help a lot with team morale, especially for remote employees.
