This Position Reports To
Operations Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities :
Work model: onsite
- Work closely with the sales team to identify project opportunities, deeply understand and analyze customer needs, assess feasibility, and deliver competitive solutions to ultimately close deals.
- Be responsible for application testing of various joining processes, including welding, riveting, and other connection technologies, to effectively solve customer problems.
- According to company financial targets, be responsible for cost estimation, risk assessment, and project scheduling. Draft and reach technical agreement consensus with customers.
- Follow up on project execution after signing, until final delivery and customer acceptance. Assist the project team in achieving all technical objectives within the contractual timeline and participate in resolving process issues (e.g., welding defect analysis, welding process/pace optimization).
- Identify and screen suitable third-party partners and participate in project planning and implementation. Act as the single point of contact for customers during the planning phase and assist the project manager in managing partner delivery quality during execution.
Qualifications For The Role:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Welding Technology and Engineering, or related mechanical and automation fields.
- More than five years of experience in welding process solutions, familiar with various automotive welding or industrial welding and automation equipment.
- Have a basic understanding and ability to adjust welding parameters, possess in-depth knowledge of welding principles and material interaction, and be proficient in welding result analysis (including metallography, hardness testing, and welding defect analysis).
- Possess comprehensive process design capability.
- Able to perform simple fixture design.
- Have English speaking and writing communication skills.
- Experience in the robot automation welding industry is preferred.
