Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily delivery of the Services at the designated Contract Venue;
  • Form and lead the team consisting of dedicated members of staff with appropriate qualifications and experience to deliver quality management services to the Contract Venues assigned;
  • Act as the team leader and liaison officer for the team to maintain open and effective communication with LPMSL;
  • Monitor the performance of the team and ensure all the Services provided meet the contractual requirements;
  • Address and resolve any day-to-day issues or concerns raised;
  • Work independently to handle daily operational matters, e.g. incidents and complaint handling;
  • Ensure income remittance accuracy;
  • Be familiar with the operation environment of the Contract Venues assigned;
  • Escalate any issues related to the Services timely to Account Manager and LPMSL;
  • Monitor the implementation of suggestions/measures required by LPMSL;
  • Prepare and submit regular reports required to LPMSL;
  • Conduct site visit of each of the Contract Venues assigned at least one time per week in which at least one visit during weekend per month; and at least one visit during night shift period on quarterly basis; and
  • 5 days' work a week and need to arrange shift duty with officer on Sat, Sun & PHs by rotation.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years' experience in property management in which minimum 7 years in managerial/supervisory role and with car park management experience is preferred;
  • Education level at diploma/undergraduate or above or with proven track record in property management;
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence; and
  • Possess a valid driving licence.
