Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Lead the Control Centre team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all operations adhere to company service standards.
  • Manage daily car park operations, resolve incidents and complaints, and ensure provide a smooth, safe, and high-quality service independently.
  • Supervise the performance of frontline staff, handling inquiries and complaints with promptness and professionalism.
  • Compile and prepare regular reports and statistical analyses of call centre activities.
  • Oversee the CAS system and escalate incidents to the designated company Representative as necessary.
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Property/Transport Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in car park operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience in car park management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and responsible work ethic.
  • Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
