Decent perks, but slow growth for most roles.
Pros: The pay and benefits are actually pretty solid for a big corporate company. We get good health coverage and there's a decent 401k match. Plus, working a hybrid model gives some nice flexibility in the Los Angeles, CA office.
Cons: Career growth here isn't great, especially as a Marketing Associate. It feels like you hit a ceiling fast unless you're directly in the direct selling industry core. Opportunities for advancement in corporate roles are rare.
Advice to Management: Invest more in developing clear career paths for corporate employees, not just the direct selling side. Clearer upward mobility for roles like Marketing Associate would really boost morale and retention.

Hybrid model works okay for Sales Operations
Pros: The hybrid model is solid. As a Sales Operations Analyst, I got 2-3 WFH days a week, which really helped with my commute in Los Angeles. It's nice to have that flexibility for personal appointments too.
Cons: The 'flexibility' can feel a bit rigid sometimes. You can't just change your hybrid schedule easily, and managers in some departments, especially in the direct selling side, expect more in-office time. It's not truly flexible on an ad-hoc basis.
Advice to Management: Give managers more autonomy to genuinely offer flexible schedules based on team needs, not just a blanket hybrid policy. Recognize that a nutrition company needs to support employee well-being with actual flexibility.

Decent enough place, but it's a big company vibe
Pros: They do a lot of fun employee engagement events, which is a nice touch. The networking opportunities are good because you meet people from all over. Plus, the benefits are pretty solid for corporate roles here, especially the health coverage.
Cons: The company culture can feel really hierarchical. It's tough to get new ideas off the ground quickly. As an Operations Analyst, you often feel like just following procedures. The hybrid work model doesn't always feel very flexible, either.
Advice to Management: Try to empower corporate employees more. Make it easier for new initiatives to gain traction. More real flexibility in the hybrid model would really help morale.
