Pros: The scheduled shifts for Data Center Technicians are pretty consistent. Most weeks, you're looking at a standard 40-hour week. It's good if you like predictability in your work schedule at the Ashburn office.
Cons: On-call rotations are tough and can really impact your personal life. Sometimes you'll work unexpected long hours to fix critical issues in data center operations. There's not much flexibility for hybrid or WFH roles, it's strictly an onsite job.
