Leadership needs more consistent vision
Pros: The WFH setup is really good for work-life balance, which is a huge plus for me working remotely from Texas. You get decent benefits and the pay for a Technical Support Engineer is competitive in the enterprise software industry.
Cons: Leadership is pretty inconsistent. Some managers are great, but upper management often changes direction, which can make long-term projects tough for those in IT operations management. There's not always a clear career growth path.
Advice to Management: Try to get leaders on the same page. More clear communication on company direction would help a lot with employee morale and project completion.
