Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Ownership (ATEM Framework)

Lead and execute assigned projects using Alpro Task Entry Model (ATEM)

Translate healthcare & business challenges into actionable plans

Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with patient and business impact

Present project insights and outcomes to management

2. Healthcare Campaign & Programme Management

Plan and execute health campaigns, awareness initiatives, and screening programmes

Manage end-to-end lifecycle:

ideation → planning → execution → tracking → optimisation

Monitor effectiveness and continuously improve patient engagement strategies

3. Content Creation & Health Communication

Develop educational and engaging content for digital platforms and campaigns

Translate healthcare information into clear, patient-friendly messaging

Ensure communication aligns with brand values and healthcare standards

4. Healthcare Partnerships & Community Engagement

Participate in collaborations with healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness partners

Support the execution of community outreach, health screenings, and co-branded initiatives

Contribute to programmes focused on preventive care and patient education

Understand how partnerships enhance community health impact and service accessibility

5. Healthcare Value & Service Delivery Exposure

Support in structuring health programmes, service bundles, and patient-focused initiatives

Gain exposure to healthcare solutions and service experience design

Understand how to balance quality care, patient trust, and sustainable service delivery

6. Presentation & Stakeholder Management (VIVA)

Prepare and deliver structured presentations to management and teams

Communicate ideas, campaign proposals, and project outcomes clearly

Collaborate across departments to drive execution and alignment

7. Problem Solving & Structured Thinking

Analyse data and ground insights to identify opportunities

Recommend practical and scalable improvements

Apply structured thinking frameworks in decision-making

8. Continuous Learning & Growth

Actively seek feedback and demonstrate improvement

Participate in sharing sessions and leadership discussions
