Waktu Bekerja:

Jadual berasaskan syif

• Waktu Operasi Isnin: Jumaat 10:00 pagi - 7:00 petang
• Sabtu & Ahad: 1:00 PTG – 9:00 MLM.
• Dua hari cuti pada hari bekerja (berdasarkan giliran).

Keperluan:

• Kelayakan minimum SPM atau ke atas.
• Bersikap khidmat pelanggan yang baik dengan semangat untuk melayani pelanggan.
• Kemahiran interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat.
• Mampu berinteraksi dengan yakin dengan pelanggan dari semua peringkat.
• Mesti boleh memahami, bertutur, membaca dan menulis Bahasa Malaysia dengan berkesan.
• Celik komputer dan mampu mengendalikan sistem komputer dengan cekap.
• Sikap positif, bermotivasi diri, dan bersedia untuk belajar.
• Komited untuk memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang dan mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.
