Cons: Sometimes the flexibility for Product Manager tasks clashes with team needs, making WFH days less productive if others are in. There's not always consistent communication about office days, which can be annoying.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer expectations for hybrid work, especially for cross-functional teams. More transparency on 'in-office' days would help.
