About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer with expertise in Customer Experience (CX) Sales to join our client’s innovative team on a remote basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of cutting-edge CRM solutions, focusing on Oracle CX Sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Oracle-based applications that support the client’s sales and customer engagement strategies. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to implement creative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle development, particularly within CX Sales modules. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, and integration with other enterprise systems is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and cloud-based deployment is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle CX Sales applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write efficient, scalable, and secure PL/SQL code to support application functionality.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
- Assist in the integration of Oracle CX Sales with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals for ongoing support and future enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and end-users as needed.
