About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer specializing in CX Sales to join a forward-thinking software company on a remote basis. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Oracle development, particularly in CX Sales modules. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Proven experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) is essential. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration with other CRM systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to project management are crucial for success in this role. Certifications related to Oracle development or CX Sales are advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include designing and developing Oracle CX Sales modules to meet client specifications, customizing functionalities to enhance user experience, and integrating Oracle solutions with other enterprise systems. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop scalable, efficient code. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and debugging applications, ensuring system security and data integrity, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time and within scope is essential.
