WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll help connect the right people to the right opportunities.
- Partner closely with Client Success Managers to understand hiring needs and build smart recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate fit, experience, and potential
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and timely updates
- Build strong candidate relationships and create a positive hiring experience
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System organized, accurate, and up to date
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to solve hiring challenges and fill roles efficiently

- Proven recruitment experience and strong understanding of the hiring lifecycle
- Confidence in conducting candidate screenings and interviews
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities at once
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- A problem-solver who works well with both candidates and internal teams
