Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused and highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information through phone, chat, or email while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- At least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
