As an Online Video Sharing Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer support to users of a leading online video-sharing platform. You will assist with account-related inquiries, content concerns, technical issues, and general platform support through phone, email, or chat while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account access, platform features, and general support.
  • Assist users with account recovery, profile updates, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and platform guidelines.
  • Deliver courteous, accurate, and timely support through phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years in College with no back subjects
  • Must have 6 months experience in BPO
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to accept a 4-month project-based employment arrangement.
  • Must not have been connected with Online Search Engine Account within 3 months prior joining date
