I. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Record daily employee attendance, including Time In and Time Out.
  • Monitor and track tardiness, absences, and overtime.
  • Maintain and regularly update timekeeping systems and logs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate timekeeping reports on schedule.
  • Coordinate with immediate heads and supervisors regarding attendance concerns.
  • Address and resolve timekeeping discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and timekeeping procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate and validated attendance data.
  • Monitor and identify cases of habitual tardiness and absenteeism.
  • Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) for attendance-related violations.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to timekeeping as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the HR Department.
