Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains store manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Plans and coordinates store openings with relevant departments.
- Oversees store inventory and supply levels.
- Monitors employee performance and provides training.
- Addresses issues related to inventory, sales, displays, and scheduling.
- Designs and executes marketing campaigns across various media channels.
- Conducts customer surveys, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Prepares and manages marketing and promotional materials.
- Implements sales promotions and incentive programs.
- Coordinates with external advertising or marketing agencies when needed.
- Performs other temporary functions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and staffing.
- Familiarity with sales reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with company and government regulations.
- Great customer service skills including upselling and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Experience in supervising, scheduling, and training retail staff.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, receiving procedures, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
