Here’s the difference you’ll make

You’ll oversee the performance of 2GO Retail stores and agents within your assigned cluster, ensuring operational excellence, strict compliance with SOPs, and achievement of revenue targets. By leading and developing Retail Sales Associates (RSAs), you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and ensure consistent execution across all stores.

What You’ll Do (your Mission)

Cluster Management & Leadership

  • Supervise daily operations of multiple retail stores and agents within the assigned cluster.
  • Monitor RSA performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and performance targets.

Operational Excellence

  • Validate timely submission of opening and closing checklists, end-of-day reports, and cash accountability reports.
  • Lead monthly store audit activities and ensure 100% compliance with remittance timelines and cash handling procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, including timely replenishment of packaging supplies and travel products.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales for courier, cargo, international shipping, travel tickets, and other 2GO services across all stores in the cluster.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies and monitor transaction performance reports.
  • Track daily revenue performance against budget and take corrective actions as needed.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure SOP compliance for shipment acceptance, prohibited items screening, and Data Privacy Act (DPA) requirements.
  • Validate CSAT initiatives and completion of customer information sheets.
  • Resolve store transaction issues within SLA and promptly escalate unresolved concerns.

People Development

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for RSAs.
  • Recommend and support training programs to enhance customer service, sales, and operational skills.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain high employee engagement across the cluster.

Customer Acquisition & Marketing

  • Execute daily new customer acquisition activities.
  • Conduct weekly client visits and trade marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales.

Administrative & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly manpower scheduling with zero penalties.
  • Approve RFA requests within 24 hours and supplies requests to maintain 1–2 months of store inventory.
  • Lead weekly store and cluster business reviews.
  • Handle rental negotiations and business permit requirements as needed.

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in courier/logistics or travel services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in POS systems, courier booking platforms, and MS Office tools.
  • Clean background check; no history of misconduct.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
