• Conduct regular in-country market visits attending authority briefings, partner meetings, and site assessments.

• Direct and manage the in-country Vietnam Lead and Philippines Lead setting workplans, reviewing output, and providing development support.
• Manage the SEA Market Development Executive ensuring effective deployment across market priorities.
• Submit weekly SEA pipeline and market intelligence updates to the Project Manager.

• 3–5 years in RE project development, infrastructure origination, or market development across SEA.
• Proven experience working and travelling in at least 2 SEA markets.

As Business Development Manager, Scaffolding Construction – APAC, you will be responsible for defining and driving the Ringlock shoring & scaffolding strategy across several key markets in the region, while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will support our established sales teams by contributing with your practical and technical expertise in shoring & scaffolding and by actively pursuing selected sales leads. Key Responsibilities 

• Refine and implement the Doka EAP shoring and scaffolding construction strategy in close collaboration with Doka Headquarters and local country organisations.
