Pros: Working as a Guest Services Associate for this luxury hotel in the hospitality industry has been a good experience. The team is supportive and I've learned a ton about guest service. They offer solid flexibility with shifts, which is a huge plus for my work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes during peak seasons, it can get really demanding. Communication across departments could be smoother to ensure a seamless guest experience. Also, the approval process for special guest requests sometimes feels a bit slow.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining inter-departmental communication, especially during peak times, to enhance efficiency. Also, look into speeding up the approval process for special guest requests to better serve our luxury clientele.
