Responsibilities
Own and manage end to end delivery of IAM workstreams in a governance and consultative capacity.
Plan, coordinate, and track IAM initiatives across discovery, remediation guidance, and steady state phases.
Coordinate and oversee virtual office hours, ensuring effective SME participation and coverage aligned to scope.
Act as the primary point of coordination between IAM teams, application teams, database platform teams, and stakeholders.
Track progress across in scope assets (applications, databases, AD objects) against defined milestones and sprints.
Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating as required.
Ensure IAM activities align with enterprise IAM standards, security policies, and regulatory expectations.
Provide administrative oversight to IAM engineering and SME teams on cleanup, segregation, and migration progress.
Review and validate that remediation guidance adheres to approved IAM architecture and scope boundaries.
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to senior stakeholders.
Facilitate governance forums, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure strict adherence to SOW In Scope / Out of Scope definitions, explicitly avoiding ownership of hands on execution, change implementation, or configuration activities.
Support Program Managers and Architects with delivery insights, trend analysis, and recommendations.
Drive consistent documentation, tracking, and knowledge sharing across IAM workstreams.
