Work-life balance is okay, but it's a grind.
Pros: I appreciate the hybrid model; we get 3 WFH days a week which helps a lot with the commute to the San Francisco office. As a Project Manager, I've had decent autonomy on my projects. The pay and benefits are solid for a mid-sized company.
Cons: The biggest issue is the work-life balance for project management roles. Deadlines are brutal and often feel unrealistic, leading to consistent 50+ hour weeks. It's tough to truly disconnect, even on WFH days, because client demands and internal meetings often stretch into evenings in this corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Management needs to really look at project scoping and client expectations to avoid burning out their Project Managers. Enforce clearer boundaries around after-hours communication and respect employees' personal time, especially on WFH days. It's not sustainable long-term.

Culture is okay, but needs work
Pros: My immediate team in the New York City office was awesome. We had a solid sense of camaraderie, which really helped as a Marketing Coordinator. We'd often grab lunch together and support each other's projects.
Cons: Upper management often feels very out of touch. It's a big corporate environment, so new ideas don't always get traction quickly. The overall company culture doesn't always feel very inclusive beyond individual teams.
Advice to Management: Try to connect with employees beyond just your direct reports. Work on creating a more cohesive and inclusive corporate culture across all departments. Listen to feedback from the junior-level staff.
